Every element is dimensionally inspected, bubble-point tested where required, and packed for export with protective end caps. Testing and Quality Control
Each filtration element passes a defined inspection sequence before packing: dimensional check on diameter, length and flange flatness; visual inspection of the sintered surface for pinholes and pleat damage; and, where a micron rating is guaranteed, a bubble point or air permeability test recorded against the batch. Wire mesh media is checked for mesh count and aperture across the roll, not only at the ends. Buyers receive a dimensional report and, on request, material certificates traceable to the heat number. For critical service such as turbine lube oil or amine filtration, CITTI Mesh can supply third-party inspection coordination and photographic records of the finished elements before crating, which reduces incoming inspection time at the plant and avoids surprises after a long sea freight.
